Pricing
Our pricing is based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (October, 2024).
We invoice separately at these rates for direct time - time we spend with you - and indirect time - time dedicated to necessary administration and planning for you including notes, materials, reports or talking to the rest of your team (teachers, healthcare professionals and support workers).
Speech Pathology rate is $193.99 per hour. This rate applies to the following:
Direct Services
Assessment
One-to-one intervention
Meetings - goal setting, trainings, consultation
Indirect Services
Reports - assessment and NDIS progress report
Resource development
Travel costs
Travel Rates are calculated on 10 minute increments.
10 minutes - $32.33
20 minutes - $64.66
30 minutes - $96.99
We are registered with Medicare. Referrals made under Medicare such as the Chronic Disease Management Plan or Item 135 are welcome.
Assessment
Connect Us Therapy is a client-centred practice and we tailor all of our assessments depending on your needs.
We work with you to build a individualised plan to find the information you need.
Price List
Speech Sound Assessment only - 1.5 hours, inclusive of a 30 minute screening phone call and 1 hour of direct assessment - $290.99 + travel fee
Comprehensive Assessment - 2 hours, inclusive of a 30 minute screening phone call and 1.5 hours of direct assessment - $388 + travel fee
AAC Assessment - please select the option ‘AAC’ when completing the Referral Form and we will be in touch to discuss further.
Reports
Summary report - a brief, one page summary will be provided for all assessments.
Comprehensive assessment report - $388 (2 hours of indirect service). To be used for NDIS application, NDIS review meetings or for your Paediatrician.
Please note, comprehensive reports are an additional cost to assessments.
