Our pricing is guided on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (November 2025) as a reference.
Direct time - time we spend with you or your child including:
Assessment
One-to-one intervention
Meetings (goal setting, trainings, consultation)
Indirect time - time dedicated to necessary administration and planning, including:
Reports (assessment and NDIS progress reports)
Resource development
Communication with your child’s support team (teachers, healthcare professionals, support workers)
Speech Pathology rate is $193.99 per hour. This rate applies to the following:
Travel costs are discussed and agreed with you before appointments, depending on location and service needs.
We are registered with Medicare and can provide services under Chronic Disease Management Plans (Item 135) where applicable.
Assessment
Connect Us Therapy is a client-centred practice and we tailor all of our assessments depending on your needs.
We work with you to build a individualised plan to find the information you need.
Price List
Speech Sound Assessment only - 1.5 hours, inclusive of a 30 minute screening phone call and 1 hour of direct assessment - $290.99 + travel fee
Comprehensive Assessment - 2 hours, inclusive of a 30 minute screening phone call and 1.5 hours of direct assessment - $388 + travel fee
AAC Assessment - please select the option ‘AAC’ when completing the Referral Form and we will be in touch to discuss further.
Reports
Summary report - a brief, one page summary will be provided for all assessments.
Comprehensive assessment report - $388 (2 hours of indirect service). To be used for NDIS application, NDIS review meetings or for your Paediatrician.
Please note, comprehensive reports are an additional cost to assessments.
